Oat Barista – plant drink made for your coffee
Maybe you stopped eating or drinking dairy products. Maybe you like the taste of oats, or maybe you are just looking for an alternative to what you usually use. No matter what, you shouldn’t compromise, and you don’t by choosing Dryk Oat Drink Barista. We have developed an oat drink that tastes great in coffee and that can be steamed in the same way as cow’s milk. Choosing sustainably should not be second-class. We drink a lot of coffee – from black coffee with a splash of plant drink to the creamy and mild latte with warm, steamy, and frothy plant drink.
It is not to show off (okay who are we trying to fool? Of course, it is!). But we have made many cow’s milk drinkers switch to plant drinks after tasting our oat barista. Do you want to try it yourself? You get a satisfaction guarantee but we are pretty sure that you won’t need it.

A steamable oat barista with flavor and creaminess
You have probably landed on this page because you are on the hunt for a steamable oat drink for your coffee. A barista oat drink. A plant drink for coffee that makes it creamy, frothy, and does not drown out the taste of coffee. We have developed this plant drink because we want it in our coffee. Here the oat brings a subtle sweetness without added sugar. However, you can also use it for cooking, smoothies, porridge, and much more. Remember to check out our recipes with plant drinks if you are looking for new inspiration or just delicious food.
Possibly the best plant drink for your coffee
This oat barista is specially developed for coffee – at home or for professionals. It has a nice consistency, and the sweetness from the oats work perfectly with coffee. You can steam the oat barista in the same way you would with cow’s milk. If you ask us, this might be the best plant drink and the best oat drink for coffee. No matter if it is a splash of cold oat barista in black coffee or steamed into a thick, frothy and creamy oat drink in a latte or cappuccino.
Dryk Oat Drink Barista – like cow, just without the milk
A good plant barista should, in our opinion, act just like cow’s milk, give a nice cream and consistency and not drown the taste of coffee. These were exactly the most important prospects we had in mind when we developed the Dryk Oat Drink Barista. The consistency and flavour is perfect for brewing the best latte.
Oat barista for your café
Maybe you are the owner of a cafe, coffee shop, or sell coffee in another way. You have come to the right place. We are always ready to talk about delivering to your place and we can send you a tasting box to try it for yourself first. There can be a lot of difference between the good and the less good plant drinks, and we are sure that your guests notice that themselves. Many of the people who order oat drinks in their coffee are probably quite conscious and well-versed in the market of plant drinks.
You can read more on our cafe page. And remember that we also have a pea barista you should try. It is a bit milder and less sweet in flavor than the one with oats and it is also very good.
This is what the professional baristas say about Dryk’s plant drink
There is a reason why more and more cafes choose Dryk. We get a lot of positive feedback, and if you go to Coffee Collective, Lagkagehuset, Riccos and many other cafes in Denmark, you can get Dryk Oat Drink Barista in your coffee. Nothing could make us happier.
“I absolutely love Dryk’s barista versions. They are easy to work with, they add richness and texture – and then they just taste super delicious in the coffee. Boom. Perfect!”
– Jonas, Barista, True Intent Coffee.
What is the difference between Dryk Oat Drink and Oat Drink Barista?
We often get this question from you when you have to decide on what oat drink suits you best. Generally, they can both be used where you would normally use cow’s milk. Even though our oat barista is developed to use in coffee, it can, just like the regular oat drink, be used in cooking as well as the regular oat drink can be used in coffee. The oat barista has a slightly higher fat content. For example, you might taste the difference in your coffee just like if you were comparing milk with different fat contents. We use them both for everything where milk and water are normally used. Coffee, cakes, bread, smoothies, porridge, pancakes, chia seed porridge, soups, pasta and casseroles, and much more. Also, straight from the glass. However, we usually recommend our Oat Drink Barista for coffee even though the other one works as well.
