These terms and conditions of trade (hereinafter “the Terms”) apply to all products sold on dryk.dk and dryk.com by Dryk ApS (hereinafter “the Company”) which customer (hereinafter “Customers”) can buy.

Please note that the terms and conditions for our business customers differ in certain respects from the general terms and conditions. These exceptions are described at the end of the terms and conditions under ‘Business customers’.

Agreements with Dryk ApS are made in Danish, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Prices and payment

All prices on the website are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and are inclusive of VAT, taxes, customs duties etc. unless it concerns sales to business customers. Orders can only be placed via our website.

The webshop accepts card payments with Dankort, Visa or Mastercard as well as with MobilePay. We deduct payment from your card once your order is packed and ready for dispatch. In the case of MobilePay, the amount is deducted immediately. If using MobilePay for our subscription scheme, you must remember to register for a payment agreement in the app.

3. Delivery

From 1 June 2023, it is not possible to collect your order, neither from our warehouse nor our office. All orders will be dispatched and sent to your chosen location.

As a private customer, your order will be delivered with Bring. You can choose to have it delivered to your front door or to a pickup parcel shop. Your goods will be delivered to your front door unless you have stated otherwise. If, for any reason, it is not possible to deliver to your address, the carrier will deliver your package to the nearest parcel shop. If you want to have your order delivered somewhere other than your front door, it is usually possible to make a special arrangement. If you live in a locked hallway, it is your responsibility to ensure that our carrier can access the property

Orders are dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays. If it coincides with a public holiday, your order will be dispatched on the next coming weekday

Delivery

Our shipping price starts from DKK 49 when purchasing one or two products. When purchasing three or more products, delivery is free of charge under certain conditions – see the section ‘Conditions for free delivery’. Home deliveries are subject to a charge of DKK 15, regardless of whether you are entitled to free delivery or not.

Conditions for free delivery

At DRYK, we have three types of boxes for deliveries: one box for 6 x 1-litre cartons, one box for our tasting and barista kits, and a third box for our drinks in small 250 ml brick cartons. To be entitled to free delivery, you must buy at least three of the same type of box. For example, if you buy two of our 6 x 1-litre boxes and a box of 250 ml brick cartons, you will not be entitled to free delivery. If, on the other hand, you buy three of our 6 x 1-litre boxes and one box of 250 ml brick cartons, you do get free delivery.

4. Returns

As a rule, there is no right of withdrawal when buying food products. In other words, it is not possible to regret all or part of your purchase. However, if the quality of the products you receive is not satisfactory, you can obviously use our taste guarantee and submit a complaint about the product in question.

Taste guarantee

If you receive a product and find that it does not live up to expectations, you can make use of our taste guarantee. Send an email to info@dryk.com with a description of the problem. We will respond within 1-2 working days and refund the amount.

The guarantee is limited to 6 litres per product, and we reserve the right to request that any surplus products be returned to our warehouse. We do not refund delivery or other costs from third party suppliers.

5. Data processing

When you purchase a product at shop.dryk.dk, you become registered in our system as a customer. The information you enter is for the sole purpose of dispatching and paying for your order. This is so we can deliver the products you have ordered and otherwise fulfil our contract with you. We may also process information about your purchases to comply with legal requirements, including for bookkeeping and accounting purposes. When making a purchase, your IP address is registered in order to help prevent fraud.

6. Right of complaint

Complaints

You are allowed to complain about product defects for a period of up to two years from the date of purchase. The Danish Sale of Goods Act’s non-conformity rules thus apply, provided, of course, that you have not treated the product incorrectly. For food products, the right of complaint is limited to the natural shelf-life of the product.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after your purchase. You cannot complain about products which are past their best before date. We strive to ensure that our products always have a shelf-life of min. six months when you receive them Products with a shorter shelf-life are termed ‘food waste products’, so you are in no doubt that the products have a shorter shelf-life.

Taste guarantee

If you receive a product and find that it does not live up to expectations, you can make use of our taste guarantee. Send an email to info@dryk.com with a description of the problem. We will respond as quickly as possible and no later than 1-2 working days and refund the amount.

If you have an annoying experience when dealing with the Company or wish to submit a complaint, please email us at info@dryk.dk with a description of the problem. We will get back to you as soon as possible and no later than within 1-2 working days.

8. Changes and cancellation

Changes

You can make changes by logging in at shop.dryk.dk. You can also contact us on telephone no. +45 3149 7700 between 8:00 and 16:00 on weekdays or by emailing us at info@dryk.com. We will reply to your email within 1-2 working days.

Cancellation

Your subscription will continue until you cancel it yourself. To cancel your subscription, follow the instructions on the webshop. You will then receive confirmation by email that your subscription has been cancelled.

9. Business customers

The terms and conditions for business customers differ from Dryk ApS’s general terms and conditions as follows:

· DRYK’s business department can be contacted by e-mail at order@dryk.com When writing to or telephoning the company, please use the same numbers and addresses as stated at the top of the terms and conditions of trade.

• Business customers can purchase our products directly from DRYK or indirectly through foodservice.

· Business customers will receive an invoice on dispatch of an order. Generally, the terms of payment are net 8 days from receipt, unless otherwise agreed.
