Organic Oat Barista is our ecological barista plant drink. It is created specially for coffee, both at home and for professional baristas. The plant drink has a lovely, creamy texture and the sweetness of the oat complements all types of coffee, without drowning the taste of coffee. The characteristics of the plant drink makes it particularly fast to heat, steam and foam, which makes it easy for you to make a tasty and delicious cup of coffee.
DRYK Organic Oat Barista is made of real oats, grown and harvested in the North. This means that the sugar content in our oat drink is less than oat drinks produced on syrup.
If you want a “lighter” plant drink, you can try out our DRYK Oat Drink or DRYK Pea Drink, which contains a little less fat. You can still use these plant drinks just as you would Organic Oat Barista. You can also try our DRYK Pea Barista, which has the same charecteristics as the Pea Drink, just made from oats. Or try our DRYK Oat Barista, which has the same qualities as well, just not organic.

The oats come from fields in the Nordic region – from southern Finland across central Sweden, southern Norway and northern Jutland. Oats have been harvested throughout the Nordic countries for thousands of years. Here, the oats grow more slowly than in the rest of Europe, which is a vital part of taste and quality. The plant drink is produced in southern Sweden.
Gluten
No matter which one of our plant drink you choose, the content of gluten is very low. Our oat drink contains less than 100 ppm gluten (mg/kg product), which corresponds to the labeling “very low gluten content”. This makes the plant drink as close to gluten-free as possible. If you want a plant drink that is 100% gluten-free, try our pea drinks.
Lactose
Our plant drinks are perfect for you, if you are lactose intolerant, because they naturally are free from lactose and milk protein.
Vegan
Our plant drinks are 100% vegetable and thus ideal for vegan diets or any other diet, where animal products are cut out.
Our Organic Oat Barista is 100% ecological. Like our other oat drinks, it is made from real oats. This one is just made without vitamins and minerals. If those are added, we can not legally call it organic. That is the reason we have made this drink.
Some organic plant drinks is not made of real oats, but of hydrolysed oat syrup. The advantage of oat syrup is that it is easy to produce a uniform product. The disadvantage is that the products’ sugar content is high and has a minimal content of natural oats.
