DRYK Oat Barista is made of real oats, grown and harvested in the North. This means that the sugar content in our oat drink is lower than oat drinks produced with syrup. Some organic plant drinks is not made of real oats, but of hydrolysed oat syrup. The advantage of oat syrup is that it is easy to produce a uniform product. The disadvantage is that the products’ sugar content is high and has a minimal content of natural oats.
