Smoothie is a great snack, dessert or breakfast and can be made in thousands of versions. Our recipe is a smoothie bowl with oat drink, banana and berries but it can be made from all kinds of fruits and berries. It is fresh, creamy, sweet and sour – perfect for kids and adults.

This smoothie bowl recipe consist of frozen berries (we have used raspberries and blueberries), frozen banana, Dryk Oat Drink Barista and vanilla. It takes no time to make and tastes like summer. The combination of oat drink with the rest af the ingredients is so good together and we love it. If you are more into strawberries, you can just replace it. And or you not a banana fan, you can use frozen mango instead.

We often make this smoothie when we are hungry in the afternoon and we also make it for breakfast as a smoothie bowl in the summer with different toppings on. If you have never tried a smoothie bowl, you just pour a thick and creamy smoothie into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings. We often choose granola, extra fresh fruit, coconut flakes, peanutbutter and alike. A delicious and healthy way to start the day. Who wouldn’t like that? Try it!

We love a good, fresh smoothie with oat drink and berries because it goes so well with each other. Sweetened with banana and vanilla. The recipe yields 1 bowl or two glasses.

Course Breakfast, Snack
Servings 1 bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 2 dl frozen berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 dl Dryk Oat Barista

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients together and adjust with oat drink.
  • Pour your smoothie into a glass or bowl and add toppings if you'd like.
